- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellations made after this period may not be possible as we begin preparing your sweets immediately to ensure freshness.

Refund Policy:
- Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
